Petra’s compassion and patient-centered approach to providing care was a real game changer to my patient experience. She was very caring and patient, and she was clinically proficient. Petra takes the time to ensure her patients are comfortable and well cared for. She makes it a point to touch my husband lovingly beyond what is required for his care. The love and care she displays help keep him calm and reassure him that he is safe.
