Samol went above and beyond to comfort and provide both medical and emotional support to patient, who has mild developmental delay and anxiety. She stayed with her throughout her care, displaying calmness and kindness at all times. Samol was our “rock”, she was exceedingly gentle, patient and informative, putting both patient and me at ease.
