Nursing is hard. That’s no secret. There are good days and bad days, and the support and encouragement Lindsey provides to each nurse in our organization can only be explained as extraordinary and selfless. This nurse goes out of her way to make sure that each nurse who comes into our organization is given the tools, resources, and guidance to be successful.

One of the best things Lindsey does is she truly pours her heart and soul into making sure that the nurses at our hospital are using best practices to provide safe and effective patient care, which is apparent in every department you walk into. This nurse spends a great deal of her time focusing on the mental health and well-being of the staff. She is always available to help walk through tough situations. She plays a primary role in the confidence and success that trickles out of our new grads who start their career with us or those who came with experience because she helps open new windows. This nurse brings patience, experience, wisdom, and empathy to every one of her interactions. She is a great sounding board not only for our new grads but also for all staff she encounters! She is most dependable, reliable, and genuine in her day-to-day interactions with everyone, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed in their respective roles. She wears multiple hats and juggles everything with grace, confidence, compassion, and superb attention to detail! She is the kind of nurse that many look up to and feel comfortable working through tough situations.
