Jennie Karpf has been amazing on other shifts, but I specifically want to give her a shout out for last night. My great grandmother was having a rough night and when I asked Jen to come in, she was quick to come and check on her. She was timely in contacting other staff members for help and giving feedback and suggestions to the resident when he arrived. After she got my grandma stabilized, she continuously checked on her and seamlessly fulfilled medication orders as the lab results came back. If it hadn’t been for Jen and her quick actions, I’m not sure my grandma would have seen morning. Thank you, Jen.

Jen was amazing the night my mom began throwing up and immediately got the doctor up to the floor to evaluate. (An Ng went in the next day).
Jen was extremely attentive and caring to check every few minutes on her vitals and needs. I appreciated how she made sure I understood what and why things were happening. Jen is an excellent caregiver and deserves recognition for her care she gives to her patients!
