We are writing to nominate Jaimi for her kindness, compassion, support, and understanding even in the worst possible of situations. My 93-year-old mother came in with a significant rectal & bowel prolapse. Her doctor told us to bring her in if we couldn’t get it reduced. Mom was terribly embarrassed when she had explosive diarrhea in the waiting room. Jaimi and her wonderful colleagues cleaned her up in a dignified way despite the BM being everywhere!! We tried to assist this amazing team who did this nasty job with positivity and understanding, constantly reassuring Mom that it wasn’t a problem, and they knew she couldn't help it. Since this first clean up, Jaimi has cleaned up two other explosive, projectile BM events with unbelievable patience, compassion, and understanding! Mom was able to relax with Jaimi’s reassurance that everything was okay and that she was not a burden. Seeing Mom well cared for in her vulnerable state made us greatly appreciate Jaimi’s professionalism and stellar care!
