Since my dad's admission several weeks ago, Mandy has been an unwavering source of support for our family, particularly my mum. Whether checking in with us during our stays with Dad or offering a caring hug when she sees my mum in the corridor, Mandy's kindness has been a constant comfort.

Mandy stands out as one of the kindest individuals we have ever encountered. While we recognize nursing as more of a vocation than a job, Mandy's genuine passion for her work is evident in her interactions with patients and visitors. Her natural ability to connect with people makes her perfectly suited for this profession. Her love for what she does shines through, and it's truly heartening.

We would like to see Mandy acknowledged for her exceptional compassion, extreme sensitivity, and for simply being open and approachable. In an extremely difficult time for our family, Mandy has been a ray of light, providing comfort and support.

The entire team at Winifred 2 has been exemplary in caring for my dad as he approaches the end of his life. We are profoundly grateful for everything that has been done for him.
