Katy is a wonderful nurse and human being. She does such a wonderful job with not only her skills but also her empathy, kindness, and willingness to listen to her patients. She is truly a welcomed asset to have and is very appreciated by her patients. All your nurses are very good at what they do, but Katy is the best. I've been in and out of hospitals for I have had 21 surgeries, so you think I should know by now how great she has been compared to others. The world would be a much better place if everyone were as kind, caring, and just overall as wonderful as she has been to me. She has been terrific to me, and I must say that you are lucky to have her on your staff. You should do everything possible to keep looking for others like her to hire for your staff.
