Traci Crase is the most amazing primary nurse for our patients. We recently had a night where her primary got very sick and sadly passed away. Traci was calm, cool and collected while providing the most wonderful patient care to her patient. She went above and beyond to make sure the family had everything they needed while their loved one was having surgery. She then provided excellent medical care to her patient during the surgery at the bedside. When her patient passed, Traci was able to create the most beautiful memories for that patient's family, she proved comfort and care for them as they went through something no parent should ever have to endure. She cried with them and took wonderful care of the whole family while they all said their goodbyes. She then did a wonderful job with post mortem care, treating the patient with the utmost respect and dignity. Traci has the biggest, most wonderful heart I have ever seen in a nurse. She works so hard to make sure every patient and family is treated with respect and provided with the best care. I am so proud to call her a co-worker!
