My daughter was having uncontrollable eye movement and needed to have an Iv done for medication. Last time at a different hospital she had to have an IV the staff held her down and it was very traumatic. Since that was our past she was very scared. Sandi Zamkus was very informative, calm, and sympathetic. She was able to calm my daughter down and talk her through every aspect of this experience. Sandi was very loving, caring, and also very relatable to me and my 7 yr old son that was with us. The nurse was very nice and helpful making the whole process a healing experience instead of traumatic. I'm so thankful for her.
