My family was going through an emotional and stressful time. Lauren came in as a comforting blessing. My son was in critical care, and she was his nurse. She was so amazing in the way she showed so much compassion and care for my son and my family. She made sure that I got frequent and regular updates on my son. She fulfilled every request regarding my son. She kept him comfortable and stayed on top of his treatment. Lauren not only went the extra mile and afforded my son the utmost care but also showed concern for my well-being. She has a warm spirit, and her patient care is absolutely impeccable. She reminds you what proper patient care should be. I am always overprotective of my son and a mother bear regarding his care. I never leave his side when he’s admitted, and Lauren made me comfortable enough to relax at home and actually get some sleep while he was in her care.
