My sister arrived in Amy's care without a confirmed diagnosis and with some pretty serious issues. When we met Amy, she was kind and caring and put us at ease. She was very diligent in discussing my sister's health and care and what next steps we could expect. Thanks to the skilled care my sister received, she has made great improvements in a short period of time. My sister has multiple health issues, and we were worried about an early discharge. This nurse communicated those concerns to the doctor, and we are now on a more conservative path of transitioning my sister's care to address her lesser medical issues. Had it not been for Amy advocating for my sister, she would have been sent home to fend for herself regarding her other medical issues. Amy is truly an angel on earth!
