Rolly exemplifies what an exceptional, empathetic nurse should be, with a smile continuously on his face his experience and confidence and humility shine through at every opportunity. No problem is too big or too small for him. A particular time that stands out for us is the compassionate confidence that Rolly exemplified when our Mum had to have her catheter out. He handled the whole situation from start to finish with empathy and absolute confidence. His mantra is "don't worry, be happy'' -he not only sings to his patients but embodies it in himself. We adored him and thank him sincerely for all he has done for our Mum and our family.

He is so caring, and was brilliant with my Mam. He sang to her and held her hand when she was upset. This small gesture meant so much to her and to me to see that kindness. He was always on hand to help with anything Mam needed- thank you so much.
