My Mom and I go to the Cancer Center at Rush Oak Park every month. Sometimes more often. Everyone who works there is fantastic, we have never had a bad experience. But Kelly and Diana are standouts. Always kind, helpful, and understanding. They never make you feel like you're sick or just another patient. They explain everything every time, even if you've been through the process a million times already. They are fast and efficient. Ensuring that you won't spend any unnecessary time just waiting for results or meds to come through. They are organized and never fail to schedule our next appointment. When possible, they combine procedures so we don't have to come multiple times. Diana and Kelly always communicate with her doctors and then clearly relay all the information to us. We always feel confident that the next step is laid out and ready for us to take when the time comes. The 5th floor is a home away from home for us. Showing up and seeing all the smiling faces, no matter how busy or stressed the floor is on any given day, makes us feel welcomed and cared for. Kelly and Diana are two of the brightest stars!
