The whole ER Family at Winter Haven Main Emergency, from admin to nursing staff to doctors, security, and EVS, has been undeniably the best team and health system I’ve ever been blessed to be a part of. I have had so many different experiences as a travel RN within different health systems, but the support and team/family nature were what I always dreamed it would be. Do you know that picture you had when you were a baby nurse, that everything would be rainbows and roses? After many years, I found it. Yes, it was wild and hectic, but with the support from the admin, the SRO, and the FAMILY TEAM, I feel forever loyal to BayCare and Winter Haven ED. Please acknowledge the unit manager for her stellar leadership, all the ANMs who were so amazing, and most importantly, my partner family on the frontline right beside me. I wish I could name names, but there are too many. I’m grateful for my experience after two contracts with BayCare at WHH ED, and I will always be back home when I can.
