I have never met a more caring person in my life like Wally. I have been dealing with extreme back and leg pain. When Wally comes in to distribute medications, she also takes the time to explain what I am getting and what it helps with. People interrupt her while she gives medicine and she doesn’t just brush them off, she takes the time to listen and continues with what she was originally doing. At one point, I was in tears and very down about my pain, and she immediately wasn’t just a nurse, but someone who took the time to care about me. My fears of what was happening to me were quickly put to rest after Wally took the time to explain what was happening to me and why. She helps you before you even realize you need help. She adds laughter to you while taking care of you. She puts my mind to rest, and I feel like my family is taking care of me. I had to do a test that scared me, and she was able to calm me down to the point where I was no longer scared to complete the test.

I can’t say enough about Wally and how special of a person and nurse she is; she works overtime hours and acts as if she just came in. She’s smart, helpful, explains whatever she’s doing to you, and never hurts you by giving shots or anything with a needle. She’s 100% perfect in my book and a true DAISY Nurse.
