Brooke McKnight had day shift responsibilities for my husband during the beginning of his stay. Her compassion, care and genuine concern for not only him, during his detox, but for me as his spouse was exceptional! She treated him with respect and dignity, and was able to keep his spirits up. She provided him with explanations of what he was going through and never once did I see her act like he was a burden. She also worked in collaboration with her CNA, not passing every little task off onto her. Brooke helped her CNAs change bedsheets, clean up and move my husband whenever help was needed. Thank you Brooke for being the standard for what the nursing profession is supposed to be! You are a blessing to this hospital and you were definitely a blessing to my husband and me, during this difficult time in our lives!

This floor has some of the best staff I have ever been involved with. Brooke is an incredible nurse and so kind! She listens to what I have to say and she always shows how much she cares. She is also super responsive.
