My father spent 5 days in the ICU after his heart stopped and he was revived. Once he self-extubated and regained consciousness, he was more than a handful to deal with. No matter what, Ashley Hall treated him with dignity and care. She was constantly there at every moment we needed her, and was in constant communication with me. She was sure to carefully explain each and every medication to be administered and procedure to be performed. I of course understood that he was not her only patient, but she still made it feel as if he was her only focus. Ultimately, her impeccable care, empathy, and what felt like undivided attention, allowed my father to continue his recovery, and put me at ease during times where I have felt the most overwhelmed in my entire life. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did not only for my father, but for me.
