Vanna is exceptional! Vanna is our clinic RN who literally goes above and beyond for our patients and our caregivers. Vanna is PMG Harbour Pointe's go-to queen. She handles every difficult call and in clinic situation with compassion, empathy, and grace. No matter how difficult, Vanna does not shy away and follows through for our patients until they have had their every question and need met. Vanna makes the time for each patient to be seen and heard. Vanna is not only working hands-on with our clinical team assisting with patient care, but she also is there for the front office team, ready to jump in to help when patients have more in-depth needs. Not only does Vanna exceed in our clinic, but when the message is sent that other clinics need support via RN in basket or an urgent message is sent via teams' chat to triage - Vanna does not hesitate to jump in and help her fellow caregivers. She does all this with the most positive energy. Vanna is our pillar, our rock, and part of our solid foundation here at PMG Harbour Pointe. Recollecting a particular story or time is nearly impossible for Vanna and our patients/caregivers. She is consistent, steady, thoughtful, focused- day in and day out implementing Providences Mission, Vision, and Values with everyone she gets the opportunity to interact with. Vanna knows our patients, cares for our patients, and eases their way by making the time to listen with dignity, respect, and compassion- focusing on their needs and following through with action.
