Sara went above and beyond to help me in a pinch. I had to perform an urgent bedside procedure for a patient and Sara not only whipped up all of the supplies in the blink of an eye but advocated for both patient and surgeon while getting all of the esoteric special equipment. She did this with grace and tact. I could tell that the respect with which she treated others is what engendered a sense of community and mutual respect with which we were treated. I felt like Sara is a true leader. She leads by example. Sara was kind with her words and actions. She assisted me with the bedside procedure and never once made me feel like I was a burden. Sara handles a difficult situation with ease and finesse. I cannot say enough good things about her. If I was a patient, I would want Sara as my nurse.
