My father R had a triple bypass surgery and started the day in a very poor mood, known as “unpleasantly agitated”! Kate persevered and stayed with us through much unhappiness until R was able to get his chest tubes removed, which turned his mood around 180 degrees. We ended the day joking and smiling, and we VERY much appreciated Kate’s expertise and patience throughout the day.
