Mandi is such an amazing nurse. She is a perfect model of professional growth. Mandi is an example of what hard work and dedication are for an employee. She never hesitates to help the staff and she does not mind teaching. As a brand new nurse 6 years ago, she immediately became one of my favorite people to work with. As a scared baby nurse, she made sure I was on task and was doing everything I needed to for the care of my patients. Mandi was also there for my first cardiac arrest. I was afraid, and since we got the patient back, there were multiple things to do. She walked me through everything (including critical drips) and did not make me feel stupid or incompetent. Mandi has also helped me clean up multiple patients and walked me through multiple policies when she didn't have to. Mandi is just an all around amazing person and nurse. I would recommend her to anyone for an award. She is definitely deserving.
