I can't begin to express our gratitude with Brandi. She is an amazing nurse. She is so kind, compassionate, gentle and truly cares. She doesn't just speak to the parents, but the patients so they are included and aware. My son usually has to be stuck a minimum of 4 times before an IV is started, and sometimes, even then, it's not successful. Brandi walked him through, step by step and got it on the first try. She calmed his fears and was phenomenal. Brandi, and others like her, are the reason we choose St Vincent's Peds ER.
