I stayed at MacNeal hospital for five days and one night a nurse named Agnes Evangelista came in. The first time I saw her I knew she had a really good personality and that she meant well to all of her patients. I noticed when she came in she got straight to work, took her jacket off, went straight to her computer, logged in and went to find everyone to take their vitals. This shows me she is very passionate about her career and her patients. She is always in the office with a smile and an excellent mood. When she did group sessions she was highly supportive of everyone's answers. She said there is no right or wrong answer, just speak your mind and don't be afraid of what others think because everyone here is different and she was right. She gave me motivation to speak my mind with nobody judging me. When help was needed on the floor she was always there even in the rooms making sure that we are comfortable and settled in. In my opinion I think that MacNeal hospital needs more nurses like Agnes. She is always working with a smile and always comes presentable and takes her work very seriously. Agnes is one of the best people you have working in this unit. Go Agnes! Keep it up, you're great.
