Not only did she get the next RX changed to Fort Moore, saving me $129, but she called me back to let me know everything was taken care of.
Being in the hospital is not easy, especially when it is unexpected. Kelli not only made my stay more tolerable, but she also kept me well-informed on my condition and what to expect. She persisted in walking me more to ensure my oxygen intake was acceptable. She cut the elastic in my socks when they were too tight. In addition, she cut her lunch break short to expedite my discharge when the doctor cleared me. I could go on and on.
But her care didn't stop when I was discharged. At the pharmacy, I was told they needed more information to fill my RX. I got Kelli on the phone, and she was willing to talk to them, but they then said they couldn't talk on a personal phone and she would have to call them. They were so busy I was afraid she wouldn't get through and I wouldn't have my RX. But she did and I paid $43 copay for the starter pack and was told the next 90-day dose would be $129 copay. I called Kelli again. Not only did she get the next RX changed to Fort Moore, saving me $129, but she called me back to let me know everything was taken care of.
The world needs more Kellis in it!
