Mickayla was nothing short of amazing with our four-year-old daughter. From letting her see how checking heart rate and breathing worked with Mickayla's stethoscope to drawing pictures on the drink cups to encourage my daughter to drink, she did anything and everything possible to help. Mickayla always explained what was going on and was so patient when our daughter got scared. I cannot express how amazing Mickayla is and how much of a difference she made for our daughter. In the past, our daughter always cried when it was time to take her blood pressure, but not with Mickayla. She had worked hard to make sure our daughter wasn't scared. To the point where our four-year-old would immediately give her whatever arm she needed and trusted her endlessly. I don't know how we would have made it through our stay without her.
