Bianca has taken the time to truly care for me, not just physically but emotionally. 

I have been very scared of what has happened and very ignorant about what I am facing medically.
 
She listened and so calmed me by explaining everything to me. She makes me feel safe and appreciated even though she is so very busy helping so many other people. Bianca I always cheerful and makes me feel valued and that I am not a bother but something she truly wants to do to help you. 

Understand I am on morphine, so my words are jumbled. I just feel blessed that I got a nurse who truly goes beyond. I am terrified and she helps me even though I think I am a bother.
 
She deserves recognition for her work ethic and truly giving of herself.
 
Not many people have these traits. You are lucky she chose to work here. She represents your hospital in such a fantastic way.
 
She is a wonderful nurse for people facing the unknown.
