Carole's journey as a nursing student in her 2nd semester has been nothing short of inspiring. I had the pleasure of working with her together in the nursing program and during clinicals. Her dedication to her studies is palpable with a work ethic that speaks volumes about her commitment to her profession. As a student Carole is a great role model and a very motivating classmate. Carole's eagerness to learn new skills, concepts is matched by her kindness and compassion towards patients. She is not afraid to use her newly learned skills and is willing to tag along with her classmates to learn/witness/practice new skills. She advocates fiercely for their well-being, ensuring their voices are heard and their care is prioritized. Her gentle demeanor and empathetic nature make her a favorite amongst her patients, providing comfort during their most vulnerable moments. I have heard patients compliment Carole's kindness and care. Carole is well on her way to becoming an Extraordinary Nurse.
