I gave birth on Christmas morning and Morgan Langlais was the L&D nurse that helped me get to 10 cm and push my baby out. She was incredibly kind, graceful, compassionate, and helpful the entire shift, we had her for the whole 12 hours. She answered all of my questions and my husband’s, made sure I was comfortable, and gave me options on my treatment. She advocated for me when I had a hard time sharing my needs and she took care of my husband as well as me. This is our first child and our first time in a labor & delivery situation, so we were both nervous and unsure of what to expect but Morgan talked us through everything, so we were never in the dark. She took photos for us once our baby girl arrived and just made the whole experience pleasant. I honestly worked really hard to have my baby before 7 am when her shift was over because I enjoyed her company so much. She was an absolute rockstar and we are so thankful that she was there to help us through this incredible milestone in our lives. Thank you so much Morgan, we appreciate you more than words can say!
