Our son came into the ER with a heart attack. There was not one link in the entire chain of care that was broken. His care was extremely efficient- we believe it saved his life. Initially Doris Junck met with his wife and us and explained very calmly and kindly all that was happening and why. She was so good at answering all our questions. She was so caring and wise. Carrie Dietschy then seemed to coordinate the ongoing care, always with extreme caring and knowledge. She hugged each of us and was reassuring during a scary time. She also sat with my son’s wife during her break during a heart catheterization when she was alone.
