Sukanya Kaewsiri is a nurse who clearly has knowledge and ability and a good attitude in caring for mentally ill patients. She is able to manage work processes with clearly documented goals. She always studies the details of assigned patients to create a holistic care plan. In the case that the patient had a mental disorder, Sukanya spends sufficient time talking with the patient to find out the cause of the discomfort. She then uses this information to plan care with her team and reports to doctors and gives advice to the patient family to plan care when the patient returns home.

Sukanya has great ability and experience in “Psychoeducational group therapy”. She prepares group activities with the intention of making the group the best it can be in order to get the maximum benefit from the patients in an enjoyable way. She also follows up on the patient's condition by telephoning them after they return home. After that, she will forward the information obtained from the patient to the medical and nursing team to prepare care when the patient comes to the OPD for follow-up.

Bow (Sukanya’s nickname) was a very sweet nurse. Every time Bow was on duty, she would always come in and offer help. In an uneasy time Bow would quickly walk into my room and take sufficient time to listen and always found a positive response. She easily solved my problem and made me smile and feel at ease.
