Alexandra Mirabueno is a dedicated nurse and team member of 3 Cohen. She consistently shows clear enthusiasm for providing patient care and helping her colleagues, and with each shift she continues to grow into a more confident and skillful nurse.

As a Unit-Based Team co-chair, Alli has eagerly jumped into initiatives to improve workflow on the unit and communication. She maintains a positive attitude and leverages her interpersonal skills to establish good rapport with her patients and their family and the rest of the 3 Cohen team.

I was admitted to the hospital via the Emergency Room. I had an attack of diverticulitis that went on for days. At first the prescribed antibiotic seemed to work, but when the fever and pains reappeared I was advised to go to the hospital.

In the hospital I was given a CT scan and then brought to 3 Cohen. While here, I have met many of the medical staff and this is where I met nurse Alexandra. I had many contacts with her during the day as I had many questions and needed various items.

Alexandra stood out among all of the nurses as she was unfailingly cheerful, pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was always professional, but above and beyond that, she always brought cheer into the room. Her attitude is priceless and should be recognized.

She is an absolute credit to her profession.
