While my elderly mom was in the hospital with a UTI, Destiny provided excellent care for her. She was quick to respond to her requests and answer my questions and concerns. A side effect of my mom’s UTI was confusion and agitation, but she continued to be kind and patient with her. Even during her most agitated states, she did not seem upset or annoyed by her outbursts and continued to care for her in a thorough and wonderful way. She understood her desire to go home, but convinced her they could care for better than I would be able to and she seemed to relax. I was constantly amazed at her patience and desire to help my mother and our family. Even when my limited patience was exhausted, she continued to provide excellent care while remaining composed. I applaud her training, commitment, and professionalism. Destiny is deserving of recognition.
