Mark is the definition of a leader. He shows true compassion to each and every one of his team members and the patients he encounters.
Mark always looks out for the well-being of the patients and staff. He’s available to help everyone, even when he is busy with his own work. As a new grad with lots of questions, Mark is approachable, and he’s always willing to answer my questions or help me with any problems I may have.

Mark represented what it means to be a hardworking, caring, and resourceful CNC. He constantly checks on the patients and staff to ensure safety overnight. He creates a positive work culture with his leadership, and the staff feels confident with him by their side. Mark always offers a helping hand with patient care and is quick to resolve any issues that may arise. Thank you, Mark, for all you do and the kindness you show.

Mark leads by example, always demonstrating attentiveness toward patients and staff. When Mark greets patients, he does so with the utmost respect and serenity, helping patients feel heard and at ease. Mark always maintains composure and a can-do attitude despite how overwhelming the unit may seem. He will stop what he is doing, even if he is running behind, to run to the bed alarm or help a nurse in a patient’s room. He seeks solutions for patients, families, and staff alike. It’s a pleasure and honor to work with Mark!

My nights are always better with Mark as CNC. I can ask any questions and always get an answer. I always feel comfortable when Mark leads the unit. He makes sure we are okay and helps with patient care when needed. I feel honored to work and know Mark! A very rare CNC, especially on this busy unit. I remember a time Mark assisted me with a Code Gray and he was on another unit at the time. He came up to G6 to transfer a patient and saw the situation I was in. He wanted to make sure I was okay, and he even spoke to the security officer with me. Mark will always go above and beyond for his staff and patients.
