I had to be admitted to the hospital through the ER Dept. I had been diagnosed with a serious case of pneumonia. I was unfamiliar with the hospital experience since I had enjoyed good health throughout my life. 

Nurse Karisma was my main caregiver during my stay. She showed the highest standards of professionalism, diligence, and attention to detail. She delivered the highest standard of care while being friendly, bright, and reassuring. Her levels of communication about my progress and details on medications were always clear. This all contributed to a sense of calm and confidence in someone feeling vulnerable and unaccustomed to a hospital environment.

I have been released from the hospital and am recovering. I want to express my gratitude. 

In truth, I had a positive experience with every single hospital employee that I encountered. Karisma raised my impression to a higher level.
