Janice is a very professional person. She always makes you feel welcome. She is very respectful and kind. She always explains the reason for the appointment and makes sure that if you are in pain or uncomfortable, she understands what is going on. If I have any questions, I can message her, and she always gets back to me with the answer. I never leave an encounter with her not knowing what took place, with I what I have to do and I always feel greatly respected and cared for. Janice is a very nice and caring person and worthy of all the accolades you can give her. Not only that she is married to a Marine, how great is that, Janice is truly a great nurse and an ambassador to the VA.
