Near the end of February, I underwent a TUR Procedure. I was blessed that Krista cared for me. She made an immediate impression on me as a dedicated, caring, and skilled professional. She patiently listened to me and explained everything she was doing on my behalf. My care took a lot more time than the average patient's, but Krista never rushed me, no matter how slow I was. Her smile was warming, and her laugh was infectious. She went the extra mile caring for me, calming me, and making me feel so much better physically and mentally. When supplies that she needed didn’t come, she went downstairs herself and carried up the heavy boxes she needed. I don’t know how she managed to do it all. Krista is truly extraordinary!!
