She is always willing and ready to be hands-on and help at the bedside. She cares about her staff and provides a work-life balance for us.
Krysti is a leader who helps her staff be the best they can be. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure her staff has the resources we need. She is always willing and ready to be hands-on and help at the bedside. She cares about her staff and provides a work-life balance for us. Krysti is always willing to come in early and stay late even on weekends, nights, and holidays when her staff needs it. She sacrifices her own free time for the well-being of her staff and patients. Krysti has a positive attitude and makes sure her staff always knows they can reach out to her. She is always eager to teach new and seasoned nurses. Having been at the bedside so recently, Krysti is able to relate to her bedside nurses and helps with problem-solving. Her leadership skills empower the staff to want to be better for our patients.

Krysti goes above and beyond for her team. Not a day goes by when she does not help the staff with daily care for the patients on the unit. She frequently bathes patients, transports patients, and changes patients. Any staff member on our floor would tell you that she is on the floor more than they are in their office. She ALWAYS puts the patient first in their decision-making as a leader. She strives to do whatever is best for the patient. She frequently stays beyond their shift and comes in during off shifts to assist in staffing. There is no leader that I would rather work under. They motivate me to strive to be more patient-oriented and to be more involved in patient care. I'm honored to work with Krysti.
