Nikki has been great in all my interactions with the clinic. I have multiple complex health issues that require connections to an in-town PCP and out-of-town subspecialists. Nikki has gone above and beyond to ensure prescriptions are obtained and are accurate, appointments (even in Fargo) are made, all messages on the patient portal are answered timely, and medical records are transferred to appropriate providers. She always validates that things are taken care of. Nikki is always upbeat and positive and displays a kind, caring demeanor that is genuine. She never makes me feel as if I'm a burden and is willing to help with any request. She exemplifies a caring person that CHI Dickinson should be proud to have on staff and should be recognized for exemplary work.
