Sister Dumi from NICU ward Mediclinic Nelspruit really went above and beyond in supporting and teaching my husband and me with our newborn baby boy's 14-day stay in the NICU. Their friendliness, helpfulness, and positivity helped us tremendously during a hard time, and being our first and only child, we learned so much from their tips. From breastfeeding to the first bath and feeding, they helped, teached and showed us everything from step 1 with so much empathy and patience, they really deserve credit for their service. Also, for always treating the baby with kindness and consideration.
