Rapha has cared for me on a couple of occasions whilst I've been in for chemo treatment, but even on other occasions when she is not my dedicated nurse, she fills the ward with humour, positivity, and kindness. When I have been under her care, she always ensures she asks how I'm doing regularly and proactively checks in with me (I'm usually in for a full day so she cares for me for a long period each time) and she takes time to be human with her patients. It is clear that Rapha is in the correct job as she absolutely cares for all of her patients and goes a step above to support them all. I am always happy when she is my dedicated nurse, but know that even on days when she's not, like today, she still comes to check in with me and is caring and compassionate and cares for all her patients.
