We were inpatients for quite a while and I am so grateful we had Khristyne whenever she was on shift. She would really brighten our day and go out of her way to make sure we were ok. She would always talk and play with my daughter to make her calm before doing her observations and giving her medication, all of which usually caused great distress to my daughter. Even If she was walking past our room and heard my daughter crying, Khristyne would pop in and start making my daughter smile and laugh which helped ease the stress. Her compassion, empathy, respect, and positive attitude are elite qualities she possesses and I could not fault her in any way. She's done an absolutely amazing job at caring for my daughter and also offering me support and knowledge about the medication my daughter is on. That is an invaluable gift.
