I would like to nominate Stacy, as an exemplary nurse leader, whose dedication knows no bounds. She not only cultivates an environment of trust, enthusiasm, and mutual respect but also goes above and beyond daily to listen to her staff and take meaningful action. She works diligently to address their needs through fair scheduling, thoughtful planning of team-building events, and providing all necessary resources for professional growth.
