My family member was admitted to Inpatient for a few days; during that time, Savanna was her nurse. The care Savanna displayed to my parent was truly admirable. She was patient, kind, and understanding. My parent was frustrated with her situation and that she couldn't do much for herself. Savanna always gave her reassurance that this is only temporary and healing takes time. She would talk 1 on 1 with her and treat her like family. That's the type of care we always hope is received when being seen or having to stay in a Hospital.

I'm so thankful for the care received by this nurse. She also helped arrange a necessary meeting with doctor, case management / social services to discuss process and plan for my parent's care, as things with AHCCCS was a waiting process.

She is an example of what a positive role model is, her passion for her job as a nurse reflects in her patient care. Our experience was great because of this nurse and the other team members.
