Lisa has been a steadfast leader in her area, which has experienced frequent turnover at multiple levels. Her consistent presence and dedication have been a beacon of stability during challenging times. She has many a time stepped into areas such as the OR despite it not being her area of expertise. She was also willing to step in as a leader representative for Magnet. She steps in as a leader to support to the best of her capacity, all to support her team and her area. 

Lisa’s kindness and approachability have made her an easy and comforting presence to talk to, which I know fosters open and honest communication within her team. She has a fantastic ability to balance kindness with firmness. She is compassionate and understanding yet does not hesitate to hold individuals accountable when necessary. Her leadership style has resulted in an engaged and motivated recovery staff who feel supported and valued under her guidance.
