LouAnne is a very open-hearted person. She has the most care for the patients in the Burn Unit and 7th Floor. She knew due to my many other health issues, I was worried about going home even though everything was looking good. She made sure I knew I could stay and be comfortable going home. She’s not a nurse that says, ‘she’s ready, discharge them home now’. She makes sure you are ready to go. Her staff has nothing but good things to say about her, too. I just wanted to make sure she knew as a patient I appreciate everything she does for us.
