Our 87-year-old mom on dialysis was having seizures due to an allergic reaction to an antibiotic. She was sent to Kaiser rehab at Hillcrest Medical Center.
Nurse Callie Freeman patiently went over mom’s information, and addressed some questions and concerns I had regarding her upcoming release. If Callie did not know the answer, she found out and got back with me quickly so I could make decisions on moms’ behalf. Also, just so you know...she has been one of the best nurses my mother has ever had, she was so very caring and sweet.
Callie is an exceptional nurse and a great asset to your Rehab unit. Please tell her "Thank you for caring about my mother and being so patient with all of her patients". My mom and I thought Callie was awesome and she should be recognized.
