Our mother was admitted for a brain bleed making her hard to handle and uncooperative. Once admitted to the 8th floor, we met Mary Jane, her nurse. From the start not only was she more than helpful, but she also took the time to explain what was going on, her treatment, and what was being done to help our mom. During the first part of our stay, there was a lot of confusion on some issues, and Mary Jane navigated that for us by taking the appropriate steps and having her superiors get it worked out. This nurse went above and beyond for us; she made sure that our mother received the care she deserved and didn't just become "another patient." Mary Jane is an exceptional nurse and a truly compassionate and caring young lady. She truly deserves to be recognized for her exceptional care. God Bless her.
