Charlene is invested in our Nursing Program and demonstrates this by representing her peers on both the Program Participation Committee and the Full Faculty Council.
As Charlene's faculty advisor, I have had the pleasure and privilege of watching Charlene grow into a knowledgeable, responsible, and mature nursing student. Charlene has consistently worked hard in her nursing classes, culminating in membership in Alpha Delta Nu, the Associate Degree Nursing honor society.
Charlene, indeed, goes above and beyond to accomplish what she sets out to and consistently fulfills commitments, thereby building trust and respect among her peers and faculty. Without fail, Charlene shares her genuine, welcoming smile which assists her in connecting with peers and faculty alike. Although I have not had Charlene in clinical, I have every reason to believe Charlene's respectful and welcoming demeanor and nursing knowledge enable Charlene to build trusting relationships with her patients and their families as well.
Charlene is invested in our Nursing Program and demonstrates this by representing her peers on both the Program Participation Committee and the Full Faculty Council. Charlene recognizes that her service on these committees while enhancing her understanding of the nursing program, enables her to advocate for her peers and also potentially positively impact future classes of nursing students as program policies are updated and created.
Charlene is an excellent leader, being President of SNA and also effectively serving in the role of Vice President of Alpha Delta Nu, where I have had the pleasure of working with Charlene this term.
Charlene possesses integrity, professionalism, and compassion and is a fine role model for her peers.
