Katie has made our ER a better functioning department overall, and a place where patients feel comfortable coming. She also jumps in and helps out wherever she is needed, whether it be CNA stuff, helping the nurses on the floor, or covering the ER. She always does things with a positive attitude and a smile! She is so appreciative of the work the staff performs and tells us so on a regular basis! Katie is always going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the ER is running smoothly and is well stocked with the supplies the ER staff need to be successful in patient care. She makes the nursing schedule and always finds solutions to the challenges of filling the shifts. She is a true leader, and whether it's the ER or floor nursing staff, she always has our best interests at heart and is always our champion.
