Claire was nominated by her manager for being the most compassionate and caring person. “Claire goes above and beyond for her patients as well as her peers. Most recently she spent over 40 minutes with an elderly patient helping him get on a medication and educating him on it prior to an appointment with our pulmonologist. She was very kind and patient throughout the whole ordeal. It is important that our elderly patients be seen, and technology can be very frustrating to them. Claire handled this with poise and ease and took her time. Her compassion carries over to her peers as well. Over the course of the last year, she sent gas cards to a co-worker who was diagnosed with breast cancer.
